Custom Inspection Forms let you record what matters to your operation. Build your own checklist from scratch, or copy the standard BeeKeepPal form and adjust it.
To create a custom form
- In the Sidebar Menu, expand Inspections and click Inspection Forms.
- Click Add Form.
- Choose Start from blank or Start from the BeeKeepPal form.
- Give the form a name, for example “Spring build-up” or “Varroa check”.
- Add, remove, rename or reorder fields. For each field, choose its type, such as yes/no, number, text or a list of options.
- Click Save.
To use a custom form
When you add an inspection, pick the form you want from the form list. You can set one form as your default so it opens automatically.
Editing and deleting forms
- Editing a form changes it for future inspections. Inspections already saved keep the answers they were recorded with.
- Deleting a form does not delete inspections recorded with it.
Voice Inspections and Scan a Paper Form both work with custom forms. They match what you say or write to your form’s fields.
