Payment Methods

How you pay for BeeKeepPal depends on where you subscribe. BeeKeepPal never stores your card number or wallet details on its servers.

Web dashboard and pricing page: Stripe

Subscriptions bought in the BeeKeepPal dashboard or from the pricing page on our website are paid on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Stripe is a PCI-certified payment processor, and you can pay with:

  • Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and other cards Stripe supports in your country.
  • Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay, when your device and browser support them and a card is set up in your wallet.
  • Link: Stripe’s saved-details checkout, which fills in your payment details if you have used Link before.

The payment options shown can vary with your country, device and browser. Promotion codes can be entered at checkout. Your card or wallet is charged when you subscribe and again at each renewal, and Stripe emails you a receipt.

To update your card, see your invoices or download receipts, open your Profile in the BeeKeepPal dashboard and choose Billing & Invoices.

iPhone and iPad app: App Store

Subscriptions bought in our iPhone and iPad app are paid through Apple’s App Store and charged to your Apple ID, using the payment methods saved in your Apple account. Manage them in your device’s Settings, under your name and then Subscriptions.

Android app: Google Play

Subscriptions bought in our Android app are paid through Google Play and charged to your Google account, using the payment methods saved in Google Play. Manage them in the Google Play Store app, under Payments & subscriptions.

Website subscriptions bought before October 20, 2026: Stripe and PayPal

Subscriptions bought on our website before October 20, 2026 were paid by card through Stripe or through PayPal, and they continue to renew the same way. To update your payment details or manage one of these subscriptions, use the Customer Portal on our website.

PayPal is no longer available for new subscriptions. Existing PayPal subscriptions keep renewing through PayPal until they are cancelled, and can also be managed from your PayPal account under automatic payments.
