The importance of beehives in beekeeping is reflected in the value attached to the Beehives section of the BeeKeepPal software Apiary Dashboard. In BeeKeepPal, management of your apiary is enabled by allowing input at various levels. The most important levels are the beehive level and the apiary level. Sales of items or services from your beekeeping operation are recorded to a beehive or the general beekeeping operation represented by the Company in BeeKeepPal.
To record revenue into the software, navigate to the Beehive section and expand it. Click on the Record Revenue sub-section to open a display page on which you can enter information about the revenue generated. This revenue is best if it is directly associable with a specific beehive. The page that opens is titled Record Beehive Revenue. IN the fields on the page, you input information such as the beehive from which the revenue has been generated, when an item or service was sold, the quantity and sale price among others. Once you have entered all the information you have in respective fields, click on the Record Revenue to Hive button in the bottom left corner of the display page. Wait for a confirmation pop-up to be sure your input has been recorded into the software before navigating away from the page.
