Keep some summarized records offline and share information easily with fellow beekeepers using financial statements generated from BeeKeepPal. You can also use the generated statements in your interactions with financial institutions. The Generate Financial Statement Function in your BeeKeepPal Apiary Dashboard makes this possible to do in a fast and easy way. Navigate to the Financials section in the Sidebar Menu and expand it to reveal the Generate Statement sub-section. Click on the Generate Statement sub-menu item to open a page titled Generate Financial Statement.
The page has a title bar and a display panel with three (3) information input fields; statement type, date from, and date to. Select the type of financial statement you want to generate and the time period it should cover. Once you have input these requirements, click on the Generate Statement at the bottom left corner of the display panel. If you had input everything right, BeeKeepPal shows you a green confirmation message that generating the report was successful. Your browser or device then captures a download of a PDF file. Do not allow download manager software to handle the download, they corrupt the file.
