Send Message to Your Customers

BeeKeepPal is committed to making apiary management a calm breeze for you. It covers the marketing end of management using the Send Message to Customer feature. This is accessible through the envelope icon at the right hand Action icons end of the row showing each respective customer’s record. Click on the envelope icon to send an email to your customer. A pop-up panel comes up and the rest of the display is blacked out. This pop-up panel is title Email Customer [name of customer]. It has two fields for you to enter the subject of the email, and the message of the email. Fill the two fields to the best of your ability and then click on the Send Message button at the bottom right area of the pop-up panel. You should receive a green confirmatory pop-up that the message was sent successfully at the bottom of your display screen.

If you would like to stop this process, click on the Cancel button at the bottom right corner of the Email Customer popup. Optionally, click on the X close button at the top right corner of the pop-up.

After successfully sending an email to a customer and getting confirmation that the message was sent, close the Email Customer pop-up panel. Even though it remains open and seemingly ready to send another email to the same recipient, it cannot do so. This feature is to prevent spam emailing using the BeeKeepPal software.

Customers that you email using BeeKeepPal Send Message to Customer feature receive a nicely written email with great visuals. It has your company logo at the top, and clearly states that it is your beekeeping company sending out the email via BeeKeepPal. The email also adds the name of the company member that sent the email.
