Record Expense

Record all costs you incur in your beekeeping operation into BeeKeepPal. It makes the software accurate in its analysis and reporting on your company’s financial status. Tracking your costs is equally important as tracking your incomes. To record expenses in BeeKeepPal, expand the Financials section in the left Sidebar Menu and click on Record Expense from the resulting dropdown menu options. The Record Expense sub-section is displayed on a page with the same name in the title bar. You may also access the Record Expenses page by clicking on the Record Expenses button on the title bars of the Financial Overview and Best Selling Products pages respectively.

Under the Record Expense title bar, there is a display panel with fields for inputting data about the expense you want to record to BeeKeepPal. Here, expenses are associated with an Apiary in your company. Fill in the fields with as much information as is needed. When you are finished entering all the required information in respective fields, click on the Record Expense button at the bottom left corner of the display panel.
