When you have newly acquired equipment, or setting up your BeeKeepPal account and adding new equipment, navigate firs to the Equipment Inventory section in the Apiary Dashboard and expand it. From the two (2) resulting menu items, click on the Add Equipment sub-section. You get a page displayed, titled Add Equipment. Various fields on the page allow you to input information and details about the equipment including its name, model, quantity and the cost among others. You may also upload a picture of the equipment. The picture size should not be larger than two (2) megabytes (MB).
Once you have input as much information as you can about the equipment, click on the Add Equipment button at the bottom left corner of the display page to submit the information to BeeKeepPal. Successful submissions cause a green pop-up to show at the bottom of your display screen showing that the equipment was added successfully.
